1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Eraj Hussain is easy: Browse through our products to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.
2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Eraj Hussain without creating an account, but making an account enables us to maintain your purchase history better.
However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Track your orders and review them
- Review your account history
- Save your details so you may not have to enter Eraj Hussain again next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
- Add sold out items you like to your Wish List
To set up an account, simply click ‘Account’ in the top-bar and select Create an Account.
3. What payment methods does Eraj Hussain accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
For retail orders in Pakistan we're providing CoD (Cash on Delivery) with our shipping partners, We'll be adding more payments methods for your convenience soon.
For Luxury Prêt in Pakistan we accept Bank Transfers and Cash for both the Advance and Complete Payments.
For international customer, we are currently supporting Bank Transfers & Wire only. We are not currently accepting VISA/MasterCard, PayPal and ApplePay sorry for inconvenience, however these are in road map.
4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency that we use on our website is PKR; however you have an option of switching the currency to USD, British Pound, Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Euro. To change the currency, click on the currency option appearing on the top right hand corner of the page.
5. Which countries does Eraj Hussain ships to?
Eraj Hussain ships worldwide.
6. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We ship online orders for Ready to Wear in 3-5 working days, while Made to Order Luxury-Prêt items take up to 3-4 weeks and Made to Order Formal or Couture items take up to 8-12 weeks. For all orders we provide tracking information with our shipping partners. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service.
7. Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same day delivery, but if you're based in Lahore we offer self pick-up, and you can save on shipping costs. After ordering call us for self pickup details.
8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of Taxes, and we deduct and submit tax to (FBR) Federal Board of Revenue as per schedule. For International orders you can contact your local law authorities for details, get in touch with us if you need tax declaration and other invoices.
9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
For retail items as they're ready to ship, our orders are fulfilled with in 24-hrs, call us if you want to cancel or change your order.
For Luxury Prêt you can call us to hold or cancel your order within 48 hours of placing an order. You can call us to change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 48 hours, call our customer care for assistance. Please note that, orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 48 hours.
10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.
11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
Our team at Eraj Hussain has made effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen because of different types of screen technologies. If you're on a flagship phone or a modern laptop you're closer to seeing actual colors. Make sure night-shift isn't turning items warm at night. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
