Refund policy
At Eraj Hussain we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. In case of complaint with the product quality we can offer you one of these resolutions. Refund or value voucher, Exchange with the same or different product based on the decision we reach in our communication.
If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
To be eligible for any of the above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at eraj.hussain@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can be lost in transaction. So its important that you get in touch with us via one of our social handles (Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example a custom tailored item, a custom order which has already gone in production.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, for retail items you’ll be awarded a voucher which can be used in next purchase, for custom orders (Luxury Pret), full or partial refund will be made preferably through bank transfers. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
